Michael Richardson, Keith Porter, and Geoffrey Smith are still the commentators on hand.

{commentary}
Michael Richardson: Welcome to more Danger Zone. I think it was broadcast at the beginning of this Danger Zone that it was the December eight showing... but that is wrong. It also said it was going to be a two hour version. That also is wrong. See, this really was a bad time to have a Danger Zone. Like I said before the commercial break, Lex Victor had better start going with his gut feelings because we are clearly not ready for a Danger Zone tonight.

Keith Porter: We deeply apologize to the fans of the CNWF Squared for this sub par showing, but there really isn't much we can do about it. Everyone wanted everything now... and Lex gave in as always. This show really should not even be happening tonight, but Lex just tries to please everyone all the time. What he should have done was at least just cancel Danger Zone and let the rest of this week go on. The other shows are fairly well prepared for... just not Danger Zone this week.

Geoffrey Smith: With that being said, we'll take you to the ring where we already have BigFig and Wolverine in it. The bell is about to ring, so let's get this one going.

Wolverine starts off by kicking Fig in the gut, then throwing him to the canvas. He then locks on an arm bar/headlock combination which keeps Fig grounded for a bit.

{commentary}
Michael Richardson: So, what do you think are the chances of the PsYco ConnectioN not showing up tonight?

Geoffrey Smith: I think if Weapon... I mean Wolverine gets in trouble, they are going to be here.

Keith Porter: I'd say that's a safe assumption.

{ring}
Fig finally gets up from the hold and locks up with Wolverine. Fig twists his arm, then delivers a clothesline which sends Wolverine to the canvas.

{commentary}
Michael Richardson: Both of these guys are nearly the same weight, but Fig being the more compact of the two was able to focus that weight well enough to knock Wolverine down to the canvas. And we have Lex Victor on the phone!

{Lex Victor: Hello.}

Michael Richardson: Hi. I'm sure you must have a few words about tonight's Danger Zone which I know isn't turning out to be up to your high standards.

{Lex Victor: Well, actually yes I do. You see, I now have to apologize to the fans about this horrible showing. I know there isn't going to be a single show stopping event tonight... and I don't care -who- it is in the matches. And I know I am the guy who's gonna take the heat from all of this. Well, let me tell you right now that the first wrestler who complains to me about -anything- that goes wrong tonight is fired.}

Keith Porter: Wait Lex! You can't do that!

{Lex Victor: I can do whatever I want! I am the president of the CNWF Squared! In fact, any wrestler who complains is gone. I have the power to do that.}

Michael Richardson: I'm not too sure about this... I don't think CNI is very happy with your actions, Lex.

{Lex Victor: Maybe not, but let them deal with it. I started the CWF without their help. I can go on without them if they leave. I can keep everything up to my high standards without CNI.}

Michael Richardson: Don't forget Lex that it was CNI that brought the CNWF Squared to the high standard it is! You can't throw it away!

{Lex Victor: You're the one who looks like you're throwing it away, chump! I've been watching and I heard what you said. I don't think you have the power to take away what is mine.}

Michael Richardson: When you signed those contracts with CNI, you signed the CNWF totally over to us. We can do whatever we want with it and I can fire you if I have to.

{Lex Victor: I don't think you would. You know there isn't anyone else who can run the CNWF Squared like I can. If you fire me, you're firing your money maker. I don't even think you're that stupid. So I'll go about my business and do what I have to do to keep -my- federation alive.}

Keith Porter: Some stunning words from Lex Victor. Oh my! A flying body press from the top rope by Fig! He hit the referee with a little bit of that! He's dazed... oh no!

{ring}
BigFig is checking out the referee to see if he's okay, but as he does so, Wolverine gets up behind him and turns him around. Wolverine grabs him just underneath the jaw with what appears to be a Tongan death grip.

{commentary}
Michael Richardson: That's the Adamantium Claw! That's it for Fig!

{ring}
Sure enough Fig submits and Wolverine is declared the winner.

{cut to shot of the commentary table}
Keith Porter: Well, that was a win for Wolverine. But I still think there could have been more from that match.

Michael Richardson: Lex made a very bad decision letting Danger Zone go on tonight. There's going to be a lot of hard feelings from the other wrestlers once some of these other matches go on. For instance, we all know that if Heartbreak Kris doesn't get his way, he's going to leave! It always happens. I don't really think Lex Victor cares anymore either. Kris always blames his losses on Lex for some reason. It's always his fault in Kris' eyes. Kris felt that he was going to lose the ladder match at Broken Dreams, so Lex let him step away from it. I don't think Lex should allow that kind of thing to happen at all. He should follow through with all his decisions, and that includes that one. I really think Kris' days are numbered here in the CNWF, and Da SuPerFan seems to want to make sure that Kris leaves with a retirement match.

Geoffrey Smith: Earlier tonight, Fan made the challenge to Kris. Fan has also been asking for a stipulation where Kris must retire if he doesn't accept. We have no idea if Lex is going to sanction this or not, but word has it that if Kris accepts, it's going to be signed. No one seems to want Kris in the CNWF Squared anyway, and many wonder why Lex ever even signed him back on.

Michael Richardson: That's a very good point to bring up because it seems many don't think Kris has the skill to be competing here and that he has one of the worst attitudes in the league. Why Lex would sign him back up just to put up with his... his crap again is beyond me. He doesn't give much to the league, but on top of it he makes very high demands. And due to the fact that we are in such bad preparation for anything tonight, Kris won't even get his great entrance that he normally likes to have. This is just going to be a straight foreward match, and I get the feeling that if Kris loses that he's leaving. He's never been able to handle a loss under any circumstances, and a loss to Backbreaker tonight would feel like a slap to the face to him.

Keith Porter: I'm not sure what to think of what this outcome may be, but let's get to the ring!

The Backbreaker vs Heartbreak Kris
6'-1", 233 lbs — 6'-1", 225
(One Fall Singles Match)

¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

{cut to shot of the ring}:
Backbreaker and Kris lock up from the start, but Kris gets Backbreaker into a side headlock. Backbreaker throws Kris into the ropes and catches him with a clothesline. He then goes for a cover which Kris kicks out of quickly. They both get up quick and Kris slaps Backbreaker across the face. Backbreaker gets mad and takes Kris down with a boot to the face and goes for another cover.

{commentary}
Keith Porter: One... two... nope. Backbreaker's already taking it to Kris.

Geoffrey Smith: Yep. Well, we all know that if this match doesn't go the way he wants it to, he'll probably just leave.

Michael Richardson: Oh, and I heard those rumors that Kris was going to give those two CNI employees a bad time... well, I heard that was false. I heard it never happened.

Geoffrey Smith: That may only be because they spoke out against it.

{ring}
Heartbreak Kris leaps at Backbreaker, but he catches him in mid air and delivers a backbreaker. The crowd cheers. He then gives the signal that he is going to deliver the Backbreaker Special.

{commentary}
Keith Porter: Well, here we go again. Once again we are going to have a short match. This really was a bad night for Danger Zone. Lex, you should have went with your gut feeling... looks like this is going to cost you a wrestler.

Geoffrey Smith: I doubt Lex Victor cares very much. He has quite a waiting list of people wanting to get in. Besides that, who said Kris is going to quit?

Michael Richardson: Look at it this way. Kris complains every time he loses, and Lex just got through saying that anyone who complains about Danger Zone is out of here. It's as simple as that... and backbreaker from the top rope! That's the Backbreaker Special! Backbreaker's going for a cover! One! Two! Three! It's over.

{ring}
Backbreaker's arm is raised in victory and he leaves the ring.

{cut to shot of the commentary table}
Geoffrey Smith: This is one fast moving night for Danger Zone. There hasn't been one where matches went by this fast for ages.

Michael Richardson: We're already one match away from the main event. You know, if Danger Zones were always this fast, we could fit every wrestler on the show under normal circumstances.

Keith Porter: Strike the thought, Mike! You know that Lex would fire wrestlers for wrestling this way on every night! CNWF Squared has a reputation to uphold. This week it's understood. Next week it's not going to be forgiven.

Michael Richardson: I hope not... or I may have to make good on my threat. This is a show well below standards. And I mean it is so bad it hurts. Coming off a very successful Broken Dreams makes this even more disheartening. Well, both opponents are in the ring, so let's get to the match.

"Iron Man" Jeff Beam vs Suicide
6'-7", 275 lbs — 6'-3", 238 lbs
(One Fall Singles Match)

¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

{ring}
Right from the start, Jeff Beam pushes Suicide to the canvas with a bit of arrogance. Suicide gets back up and finds himself thrown face first into the turnbuckle by Beam. Suicide comes off and is put in a back body drop.

{commentary}
Keith Porter: Jeff Beam getting off to a quick start in this match.

Geoffrey Smith: Yep. I'd say Suicide doesn't have much of a chance against him.

Michael Richardson: Suicide is one of the hottest rookies in the CNWF Squared. Of course, Suicide's first match of the CNWF Squared was against Jeff Beam, but that was in a preliminary match for Suicide which never went on his records. Of course, Beam did get the win in that match and that win did go on his records, but the match being a preliminary for Suicide never went on his. Suicide then came back about a month or so later and dominated beating people like Kain Piller and another hot rookie who was actually quite something in the WWO, that being Pelius of Clamorus. His undefeated streak was ended by Malibu Mike Donovan I believe and Dominator of Destruction gave him another loss soon thereafter.

Geoffrey Smith: The MoB sure broke up after the Beantown Bully left the CNWF Squared never to return. Some say Bully was a sore loser, but I have to say I miss the man. He had to be one of the greatest World Champions the CNWF ever knew. Of course he just got too big for the CNWF and other's got too big for him, so there's no room for the Bully anymore so he had to leave. Guys like Mike Donovan make it impossible for a guy like Bully to exist here.

{ring}
Suicide catches Beam with a drop kick and goes for a cover. Beam kicks out soon and once again they are fighting. After a bit of a brawl, Beam throws Suicide against the ropes, but Suicide leaps onto the second rope and executes a perfect asai moonsault into a cover.

{commentary}
Geoffrey Smith: One... two... and a kickout by Beam. Beam now sent to the ropes... springboard moonsault by Suicide into a kick! That's the Suicide Kick! Well, there goes another match. One... two... what the?

{ring}
SiN is in the ring and he kicks Suicide off of Beam and it looks as if Beam kicked out of the cover right when that happened... but it's hard to tell. The referee calls for the bell and it is an obvious disqualification. SiN is wailing away on Suicide, then he just leaves the ring. One notable thing about SiN is he is wearing a fancy suit of some sort. Beam looks a little pissed off and he leaves the ring as well as Suicide is declared the winner of the match.

Suicide by Disqualification

¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯

{cut to shot of the commentary table}
Geoffrey Smith: Well, it looks like SiN no longer wants to have anything to do with anyone who was in the MoB.

Keith Porter: It seems to me that SiN wanted in the MoB at one time, but he was never accepted. I guess this is his form of revenge.

Michael Richardson: To me it seemed more like tough love! He just gave Suicide a win by disqualification... kind of an early Christmas present.

Keith Porter: Either way you look at it, SiN did have his way with Suicide. Again I'm sure more would have come of this if this was a more prepared for show. Well, we do have the main event up next and there are some high expectations for it.

Michael Richardson: I can tell you that I for one am not expecting much out of Donovan fighting the Pepsi Cola Kid. I mean yeah, everyone hates Donovan, but you have to recognize the man's sheer skill. He is also very dedicated which is something everyone overlooks. When he was stripped of the World belt, he didn't pull a Beantown and leave town. He faced it like a man.

Geoffery Smith: Well... I wouldn't be so sure about that. It is common knowledge that he left the CNWF Squared at one time for the HWF.

Keith Porter: Ouch! That's a low blow!

Geoffrey Smith: It's the truth, though. One has to question the integrity of Donovan if he would leave CNWF Squared for the HWF... I mean it has been said over and over again that CNWF is the superior federation of the two... and to be coaxed away from it by the HWF looks pretty bad on anyone's resume.

Michael Richardson: HWF isn't a bad federation... but face it... it's no CNWF Squared, that's for sure. And it's time that Lex Victor started telling it like it is as well. We must be about the only group of commentators here that lay it on the line like this! They say Lex has guts... how about us? I think I could run the CNWF Squared better than he can.

Geoffrey Smith: That's a pretty big call to make on national television! And Lex jumps at challenges... I'd be careful about mentioning that.

Michael Richardson: Well, maybe. Anyway, it's time for another commercial break... one that is going to have to be stretched once again due to our lack of action. I hope you the fans can forgive us because Danger Zone is normally a lot better. Don't go away!
